Dash☆6: Afterschool Club Maria is chapter six of the spin-off manga Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai: Shobon!.
Summary[]
The chapter opens up with Maria Takayama chastising Yozora Mikazuki (who isn't currently present), calling her a "poop" and whining about how Yozora always treats her as though she's a child when she's actually a teacher. Maria then goes on to remember Kobato Hasegawa, asking herself what her name was again. She thinks 'reisushi' and 'sushi' and ends up calling her a "Poopy Sushi". Kate Takayama opens a can of cola and drinks it to which Maria shows disappointment at not receiving any. Kate punishes Maria for using foul language by making her hold up a board that reads: "I Won't Use Vulgar Words Any More.".
The chapter skips over to the Neighbor's Club clubroom where Maria, Kodaka Hasegawa, Sena Kashiwazaki, Rika Shiguma and Yozora are present listening to Maria tell her story about the "old hag" (Kate) punishing her. She asks them if what Kate did was cruel or not and Yozora states that it wasn't which makes Kodaka try to calm Yozora down. This causes Maria to run over to Kodaka and ask him to pat her head. Yozora then pretends to call the police about a pervert and Sena pretends to call her father saying that Kodaka is going on a Buddhist ritual of sorts. Rika tells Maria that she'll help her to become a proper lady so that Kodaka will like her more. Yozora and Sena agree to assist Rika, much to Kodaka's dismay. Yozora teaches Maria to say the word 'riajuu' which has Rika go on one of her tangents and flabergasts the others. After, Sena teaches Maria to treat Kodaka like she does. Maria has Kodaka get down on all fours and begins to bark vulgar things at him. Rika takes Maria as it's her turn to make her a proper lady. She has Maria change into a cat costume for Kodaka. She requests that Kodaka rub her belly which causes Kodaka to think deeply and run out of the clubroom.
Later, Maria tells Kate about how she tried to make onii-chan like her but everything she did failed. She then asks her what she should do. Kate doesn't answer and Maria wonders off saying that she's decided what her plan of action will be. Kate thinks about how she's a little jealous that Maria wanted to make someone happy.
The next day, on his way to the clubroom, Kodaka tells himself that he has to tell Maria that she's fine the way she is. He opens the door and Maria acts like her usual self and makes a poop joke which pleases Kodaka but shocks the others in the room.
