The Hasegawa Residence is Kodaka's and Kobato Hasegawa's current household and their permanent house in Tooya City. The Hasegawa's had resided here after Kodaka and Kobato's birth and have stayed there since, until their father had been asked to transfer on a certain distant town for his job. The house has been left uninhabited for ten years after Kodaka and Kobato decided to stay in Japan and learn at St. Chronica's Academy while their father was sent to America for his job.
